What Is It
Embodied Expression Ritual is a women's circle where movement and voice meet and create a third element — your divine expression. Something really magical is born when we gather together in devotion, prayer and intention. It is a space where your body becomes the instrument, your voice the prayer, and your presence the offering.
We don't perform here. We don't get it right. We simply arrive — and allow.

What Happens
Through guided movement, free dance, vocal expression and ceremonial ritual, we journey inward together. Each gathering is unique — guided by the energy of the moment, the season, and what the collective field calls forward.
You may cry, laugh, shake, sing, be still. All of it is welcome. All of it is medicine.
Who Is It For
This circle is for the woman who feels called — whether she can explain why or not. For the woman ready to stop performing and start feeling. For the woman who longs for a community of sisters where she can be fully seen, heard and held without judgement.
You don't need to be a dancer. You don't need to be a singer. You only need to be willing to show up as you are.
