Who I Am
I know what it feels like to live only on the outside — constantly giving, proving, seeking — while something deeper quietly aches for home. My own journey through unworthiness, over-giving, disconnection and depression is what led me here. Not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who chose to turn inward and meet myself with compassion, over and over again.
Through energy medicine, shamanic rituals, bodywork, embodiment and mentoring, I create spaces where men and women can release what weighs them down, reconnect with their inner nature, and expand into peace, joy and freedom. I bridge the physical and the spiritual — weaving ancient wisdom with the intelligence of the body, the Earth, and the unseen world.
What I carry into every session is presence, deep love and an unshakeable faith that there is always a way through. We chose this. Awakening the Creator in us is part of the remembering. We take our power back and are able to evolve with all that gets reflected back at us.

This is the best massage experience. Usually in massages, I meet the therapist briefly, get put on a bed, and it starts. As someone with ADHD I often struggle to get into the space until halfway through because my head is full of wanders! With the experience with Caro Lina, I was taken through a ritual which allowed myself to trust and surrender to the process. As the massage happened, I felt like I was floating slowly down various rivers and guided perfectly safely through to the ocean. I would recommend anyone see Caro Lina as her experiences are the most sacred I've felt in a long time.
I've had some Energy Medicine sessions with Caro Lina, and they were very transformative for me. She is very wise in her approach, and I felt held by her container. The meditation she guided was very powerful, and the post-meditation follow-up was full of insights and helpful guidance. I didn't feel I was being advised on what to do, nor was I told the answer to my problems. Instead, Caro Lina was able to guide me back to my own wisdom and my heart, and this is the most precious jewel I could have received.
